Yet another Northern BC First Nation is closing its doors to hold Covid in check.
A state of emergency has been declared by the Lake Babine Nation, after at least 12 members tested positive.
Under the order, only essential travel will be allowed on the Nation’s territory until at least November 5th.
All members who have tested positive, or live with someone tested positive are also required to stay home and isolate, as long as the order remains in place.
