After Justin Kohlman announced that he would resigning from his position of Coast Mountain College president by November 1st, the college has now begun the process of finding his replacement.
Kohlman made this announcement back in August, which came alongside another announcement saying that Kohlman was to become president of Grande Prairie Regional College in Alberta.
For the time being, the college’s Vice President, Laurie Waye, has been filling in as acting president of the college.
The College’s chair, Nicole Halbauer, will be leading the search for the new president and she will be assisted by Michael Doyle, a senior college official and vice president of corporate services.
The college is also indicating that the next president will be required to live in Terrace, since Kohlman was moving between Terrace and Saskatchewan.
