UPDATE:
CityWest says all services have been restored for customers in Terrace and Kitimat who had been facing outages this morning.
Customers have been dealing with slowed internet services for a few days now, due to the mass flooding in the South.
But, this morning some customers found themselves with no service at all, due to an unplanned outage.
Slower speeds may still persist as the company continues to face issues related to the Southern emergency.

CityWest customers in the Terrace and Kitimat areas have been dealing with slowed internet services for a few days now.
Now, some customers find themselves entirely without service following an unplanned outage which began this morning.
All CityWest services are down for around 10 percent of customers in the area, and others are still facing slowed connections.
While the mass flooding in the south was likely to blame for the decreases in speed, the cause of the larger outage has not been disclosed.
Crews began emergency repair work this morning, but there is no estimated time for when service will return.
