Slippery, wet, and slushy conditions will continue in the northwest through tonight.
Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for inland sections of the Northcoast, particularly Terrace and Stewart.
For Stewart, as much as 25 cm of snow is expected today, while Terrace is expected to see around 15 cm.
Areas around Kitimat and Bella Coola are expected to see snow, shifting to rain, which will likely leave roads pretty messy.
In addition, the Central Coast, including Bella Coola and Bella Bella, are under wind warnings, with up to 110 km/h gusts expected there.
Drivers are being warned of slippery conditions on Highway 16 between Prince George and Terrace, and on Highway 37 between Kitimat and Dease Lake.
