With winter firmly established in the Northwest, snow removal and road clearing efforts are in full force in Terrace.
Ice-blade equipped graders are hitting the streets in an effort to clear out the stretches of dense, compact snow filling the City.
You may notice a bit more noise as your tires launch the sand and salt being used to add traction and clear ice.
However, they can’t do this effectively if cars are littering the sides of the roads.
Drivers are reminded that street parking is banned on all City streets between November 15th and April 1st.
Bylaw officers are out issuing tickets now, and it is important to remember to help do your part to keep the roads as safe as possible this winter season.
