Three suspects were arrested after a Terrace resident was pepper sprayed in his own home.
On Friday morning, the homeowner attended his property, which was under renovation and unoccupied at the time.
To his surprise, he was greeted by a man, woman, and burst of pepper spray from the male.
While the owner was recovering from the not-so-warm welcome, the two headed inside to alert a third suspect, before fleeing the property.
RCMP were able to locate all three suspects, who they suspect had been squatting inside the home.
A variety of weapons and suspected drugs were seized from the suspects upon their arrest.
Garth Lee, Garrett Robinson, and a third woman are now facing charges of break and enter and committing an indictable offence.
Initially, the unidentified woman provided a false name and ID to RCMP (which was originally used in this story), they have now determined the woman’s correct identity, but it has not been released.
Lee and Morgan were released on conditions, while Robinson was held in custody and is facing other unrelated charges.
