March 2nd COVID-19 update

British Columbia is reporting 466 new cases of Covid-19 as of Tuesday.

Of the new cases, 45 come from Northern Health, while 95 are from the Interior.

There are currently 523 active Covid hospitalizations, with 83 in ICU.

In the past 24 hours, not a single new COVID related death has been reported.

There are 28 active outbreaks at health care facilities province-wide, with the furthest north being at the Williams Lake Seniors Village.
