March 7th Covid-19 Update

British Columbia is reporting 340 new cases of Covid-19, as of Friday night.

Of the new cases, 50 come from Northern Health, while 113 are from the Interior.

There are 484 active Covid hospitalizations, with 69 in ICU.

Eight new deaths were reported, with none in the North, and one in the Interior.

There are currently 20 active outbreaks at health care facilities province-wide, though none are in the North.
