Statistics Canada has released their Census profiles on how the population numbers looked for each Canadian city in several ways in 2021.
For Terrace, 18.8 percent of the population was aged between 0 to 14 years old, 65.2 percent was between 15 and 64 years old, 16 percent are older than 65 and 1.5 percent are over 85.
As for another city in Kitimat, 16.3 percent was between 0 and 14, 66.5 percent were between 15 and 64, 17.2 percent were older than 65 and 1.6 percent were over 85.
And for Prince Rupert, 17.2 percent was between 0 and 14, 66.6 percent were between 15 and 64, 16.2 percent were over 65 and only 1.6 percent were above 85.
