Stikine MLA Nathan Cullen Pulls Name Out of Contention to Replace Premier John Horgan

Stikine MLA Nathan Cullen will not be entering the race to replace out-going Premier John Horgan.

Two weeks ago, Horgan announced he would not be running for re-election, but said he would stay on until a replacement was named.

Cullen now joins a growing list of front runners pulling their names out of contention for the position.

Last week, Minister of Jobs Ravi Kahlon announced he would not be running, and threw his support behind Attorney General David Eby.

Kahlon and Eby were considered the frontrunners, but so far neither Eby, nor anyone else, has declared their candidacy for the position.
