Work on the Old Skeena Bridge Rehabilitation Project in Terrace has been delayed once again.
Initially, work was planned to start in April, but had to be delayed due to issues finding a contractor.
Earlier this month, the Ministry of Transportation provided an update to the City, in which they set a tentative start date of July 18th.
However, logistics got in the way, and work has now been delayed slightly further, to July 25th.
Construction activities were initially planned to break in the winter, when the bridge would re-open, but are now planned to continue straight through to October of next year.
