Updated version: No wildfires are currently ongoing in the Cariboo fire region, however the number of fires in the northwest is currently at 7.
A 4,700 hectare blaze west of Highway 37 and north of Blue River, near Lower Post, is the largest of those.
A fire burning near the Jennings River covering 1,100 hectares is listed as being held southwest of there.
A 150 hectare blaze along the Yukon border, near Tagish Lake is now listed as under control by the Wildfire Service.
There are 4 more fires burning in the Northwest Fire Centre, and while one is listed as out control near Mount Conover, the rest are either under control or being held and the same goes for the Prince George Fire Centre.
One wildfire of note is burning in the province, now covering 1,706 hectares near Nohomin Creek just outside Lytton, which has forced some people to evacuate their homes.
