Phase two of the Province’s public engagement on the future of the Peace Region’s Taylor Bridge is now open.
Through their consultations, the Province hopes to develop a long-term solution for the bridge, whether that be to upgrade or outright replace the existing bridge.
More than 1,000 comments were received during the first phase of their engagement, which helped to shape five concepts.
Those concepts include: maintaining the current bridge, renewing and strengthening the existing two-lane bridge, replacing it with a new two-lane bridge, replacing it with a new four-lane bridge, or renewing the existing bridge and adding a new two-lane bridge.
You can follow these links to read the full concepts and report, and to submit an online response for phase two.
