Kitimat RCMP Remove More Than 40 Impaired Drivers From the Roads This Summer

Impaired drivers have been keeping Kitimat RCMP busy over the past few months, after handing out a slew of violations.

In total, 41 impaired drivers were removed from the roads between June 1st and October 1st, most due to proactive patrols and checkstops.

Of those, 24 were issued 90 day immediate roadside prohibitions, while two were involved in collisions, and an additional investigated for causing bodily harm.
