Back on November 18th, a search warrant was executed by the Northern Rockies RCMP at a residence in the 5500 block of 48th Street in Fort Nelson.
Police were able to get the warrant after presenting enough information to support that stolen items were supposedly stored inside the residence.
And at the residence, Police found three stolen firearms, a large quantity of ammunition, various other stolen items, and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.
A 35-year-old Fort Nelson resident named Nathan Dejonghe was arrested during the search and charged for firearms related offences, but was subsequently released after appearing before a Judge with a court date scheduled in December.
