A pair of men have been charged with multiple offences after being arrested by the Dawson Creek RCMP during an early morning break and enter.
This break in took place on Tuesday at around 4:35 in the morning when a break and enter was reported to be in progress at Pouce Coupe.
When Police reached the area, they saw a white Ford F350 pick up truck fleeing the scene at a high rate of speed, which then drove through a ditch and crashed into two fences and two suspects fled on foot for a while.
Eventually 36-year-old Adrian Meck was found hiding in some bushes while 29-year-old Cody Glaude eventually surrendered to Police.
It was eventually confirmed that the truck they fled in was stolen and Meck was charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, possession of property obtained by crime, mischief over $5000, flight from police, driving while disqualified, driving while drivers license is suspended and driving while prohibited.
Glaude got charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence, possession of property obtained by crime, breach of probation, mischief and flight from police.
