Quesnel RCMP are hoping the public can help identify a man accused of grabbing and demanding money from a 17 year-old girl earlier this month.
On November 3rd at around 3:00 in the afternoon, the girl was approached by a stranger while walking along a trail between Anderson Drive and Avery Avenue.
After she refused his request for money, the man grabbed her by the arm, leading to a brief struggle, before the girl was able to escape and call the police.
Now, with the help of a forensic sketch artist, RCMP have released a composite drawing of the suspect, which is available at CFNR FM dot CA.
He is also described as a 5 foot 8 inch Caucasian man, weighing 160 pounds, with long grey and brown hair and a beard.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the sketch, or has information which may help in the search should contact Quesnel RCMP at 250 992 9211.
