A pair of collisions which sent multiple individuals to hospital on Tuesday have Kitimat RCMP urging residents to drive according to conditions.
Police were called out to the first collision after a vehicle slid into the ditch and flipped off Kitamaat Village Road, at around 6:00 in the evening.
Roughly four hours later, they were called to another single-vehicle crash off Highway 37, near Cable Car.
All of the occupants of both vehicles were taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
RCMP say moisture and low temperatures likely played a role in the crash, and are reminding residents to drive careful in the winter.
That means using proper winter tires, completely clearing your vehicle of snow before driving, and slowing down when roads are icy.
