We’ve all heard stories of drivers leaving their cars to attack others in a fit of road rage, but… rarely in a parking lot.
That’s what Kitimat RCMP had to deal with when they were called out to a lot on Babine Street on the morning of February 16th.
According to reports, the eventual victim had been clearing snow from the lot when an occupied parked car got in the way.
When the driver was asked to move the vehicle, he instead emerged and punched the victim in the face, before fleeing in the car.
Despite extensive patrols, police were unable to locate the driver, who is described as approximately 6 feet tall with a goatee.
His vehicle is dark in colour, with damage to the front bumper on the driver’s side.
Anyone who can help identify the man is asked to contact Kitimat RCMP at 250 632 7111.
