Each were declared due to increased risks of flooding, with the Skeena River sitting at 5 year flood levels.
Evacuation orders are also in place for Old Remo and parts of New Remo, and evacuation alerts are covering Usk and Braun’s Island.

Ferry Island is also covered under an alert, with all reservations being cancelled and on-site trailers being sent to the Thornhill Fair grounds.

Those with trailers can contact the same number to sort out accommodations, and sandbags can be picked up at the Thornhill Fire Station between 8:30 and 4:30.
