More than 40 graduates from the University of Northern BC’s Terrace campus officially went from students to alumni on Monday.
Family and friends gathered at the REM Lee Theatre to honour the fresh graduates from across seven different programs at the ceremony.
17 of the graduates came from the newly re-designed Bachelor of Education Program, which allows students in Terrace and Quesnel to learn together.
Another 17 graduates represented the 15th class of their collaborative nursing program in partnership with Coast Mountain College.
Three graduates received certificates in First Nations Language studies for the Tsimshian tongue.
