Dolly Varden Silver has launched a 45,000 metre exploratory drilling program at their expanded Kitsault Valley Project site.
Covering 163 square kilometres, the site includes both their original Kitsault property and the Homestake Ridge property purchased last year.
Four diamond drill rigs have been dispatched to the site with initial work focusing on the Wolf and Kitsol veins.
Last year’s work uncovered expanded silver mineralization along the veins, and are hoping this year’s work can connect the two silver veins.
Several new targets under the sediment cap will also be tested before equipment is moved to the Homestake Ridge area.
There, crews will test for high-grade gold-silver deposits as they aim to even out the project’s gold and silver resource values.
