Each of the orders were initially issued by the Environmental Assessment Office over erosion and sediment control challenges.
Inspections found that CGL had failed to install measures such as water bars and sediment fences, and installed pumps in unapproved locations.
One stop work order remains in place in the area, covering the 140 to 143 kilometre stretch of the route for similar reasons.
CGL says they have over 700 employees actively working to implement erosion and sediment control measures across the route.
They pin the issues on a quick and difficult spring melt, as well as the treacherous terrain of the area.
