Rain in many regions helped crews battling wildfires in the north, but nearly 300 out-of-control fires continue to burn province-wide.
An evacuation order north of Francois Lake remains in place, though most of the area has been removed and added to a neighbouring alert.
Evacuation alerts and orders are in place between Houston and Topley, south of Houston, south of Babine Lake, and between Burns Lake and Tintagel.
More orders are in place at Andrew’s Creek west of Ootsa Lake, and north of Vanderhoof around Great Beaver Lake.
Alerts also remain in effect north of Takla Landing, and east of Rubyrock Lake Provincial Park.
An alert which had been in place for the Cedarvale and Woodcock areas has now been lifted.
