RCMP Now Investigating Suspicious Death in Williams Lake from Earlier this Month as a Homicide

A suspicious death discovered by Williams Lake RCMP earlier this month is now being treated as a homicide.

Police were initially called out to the 1100 block of 2nd Avenue at around 4:30 in the morning on September 16th for reports of a disturbance.

Once on scene, officers located the body of a deceased adult male alongside evidence which led them to deem the death suspicious.

After further investigation, police now believe the incident to be a homicide, and are asking for public information which may assist officers.
