For the second year in a row, the University of Northern BC has placed second in their category on Mclean’s magazine’s university rankings.
It also marks the 20th consecutive year that UNBC placed within the top 3 in the Primarily Undergraduate Category on the list.
They took top spot in the student awards and student-faculty ratio criteria, second for their operating budget, and third in research funding.
Only Mount Allison University in Saskatchewan placed higher in the undergraduate category.
UNBC’s School of Nursing also made the best nursing schools list, making their debut on the annual list at number 16.
