According to reports, at 5:53 AM, RCMP received a distress call from an unidentified male who reported that his niece had been sexually assaulted and requested immediate police and ambulance assistance.
Upon receiving the call, frontline RCMP officers swiftly responded to Moresby Park and conducted extensive patrols, but regrettably, they were unable to locate the alleged victim or identify her. Despite efforts including checks with community partners and neighborhood inquiries, no substantial leads have emerged to further the investigation.
