Inspections conducted in early April have resulted in a trio of new non-compliance notices for Coastal GasLink.
One comes after inspectors discovered non-hazardous construction waste scattered between roll back logs in an unapproved location.
Another was issued due to dirty, melting, snow being pushed into a ditch which flowed into a waterway, rather than ensuring it was directed away.
A third stems from failures to install wattles and rock-lined features to control erosion and sediment along a number of slopes west of Endako.
But, CGL says that they stopped work in those locations pre-emptively, and blame the tough spring melt and terrain for the on-going issues.
They say they have more than 700 workers on-site actively focused on erosion and sediment control measures.
