A Terrace family is finally back home after a devastating sewage flood and fire left their house severely damaged.
Gerald and Angie Brown, along with their five children, were displaced after the February 1st incident, staying with relatives and later at a local Air B&B.
They returned home on March 2nd, but lost nearly everything.
Now, with just one surviving bed, a borrowed air mattress, and a couch, they are working to rebuild.
Daudet Creek Contracting, hired by the city, handled cleanup and repairs, but the family still needs help to re-establish their home.
A GoFundMe page has been set up for donations at Fundraiser for gerald a brown by Holly Harris : Urgent: Help Rebuild a Family of 11 After Fire & Flood for those who can lend a hand.
