Terrace RCMP are investigating a break and enter from last Tuesday.
Police say a property owner confronted a man for breaking into a vacant home on his land along Thornhill Street.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, about six feet tall, wearing blue jeans and a black hoody.
He was wearing a red backpack and riding a bike.
