Manufacturer Phizer says that the stock deficiencies are due to a combination of months of manufacturing issues and a delayed inspection on the stock that was set to ship this week.
While the company is searching for solutions, adult dose injectors are not expected to be restocked by Canadian Pharmacies until the end of August.
