In an attempt to recover lost money, WestJet will be cutting flights across the country, including some to northern BC.
While Quebec will see the majority of the cuts, many flights to Vancouver are also being slashed, including those to and from Fort St John.
All flights heading between Calgary and northern BC airports are also likely to recieved cuts as the company assesses their future financial situation.
The airline company reported a loss of over 20 million dollars for the second quarter of 2018.
