BC residents aren’t done casting ballots just yet as today marks the opening of the voting period for the Electoral Reform Referendum.
Registered voters should expect to receive their voting packages through the mail sometime this week.
According to Elections BC, rotating postal strikes will not affect the delivery of the packages, and they expect all voters to receive their packages by November 2nd.
If you do not receive your package by November 2nd, you are asked to contact Elections BC by calling 1 800 661 8683.
Voters will have until November 30th to return their fully completed packages to Elections BC.
