BC’s Rental Housing Task Force has submitted its final report, along with recommendations for improving the province’s rental regulations.
23 recommendations have been put forward by the task force, addressing housing safety and security, law enforcement and penalties, and the housing supply process.
Over the course of their consultation process, the task force traveled to 11 communities and received more than 1800 online and written submissions.
