Vandalism has resulted in more than 2 thousand dollars in damage to the Kitsumkalum Health Centre bus.
On Monday night, the bus was making a return trip after transporting children to a spring break camp when it became stuck in snow.
Tow trucks were immediately called out to the Copper River Road location, but were unable to free the bus.
In an attempt to wait for better towing conditions, the bus was left on the Road overnight.
They returned the next morning to find every single window on the driver’s side of the bus had been smashed in.
Kitsumkalum says they are disheartened by the vandalism and are hoping to find more information on the incident.
Anyone with any information they believe to be of assistance are asked to contact Terrace RCMP at 250 638 7400.
