A recent child pornography case has Prince George RCMP reaching out to the public.
Police began investigating earlier this month after they got a report about child pornography found at a local home.
RCMP say they identified a female child victim and a male suspect.
Shawn Robert Dick, a 52-year-old Prince George resident, has been charged with seven offences:
Sexual Assault – Sec. 271 CC
Sexual Interference – Sec. 151 CC
Making Child Pornography – 163.1(2) CC
Possession of Child Pornography – 163.1(4) CC
Distributing Child Pornography – 163.1(3) CC
Administer a Stupifying Drug – 246(b) CC
Voyeurism – 162(1)(c) CC
Investigators say they have not ruled out the possibility that there may be more victims, as Dick is a salesman and travels throughout B.C.
