The Northwest Regional Airport saw another positive month for its passenger numbers.
After a large decline in April and May, seeing under 3,000 passengers each month the airport reports 14,676 people flew last month.
The previous month, in July, there were 12,790 passengers and previous to that in June there were 6,434. The increase in passengers came as Covid-19 restrictions began to ease as B.C. began flattening its curve.
Recently, Provincial Health Officials have renewed their call to help combat Covid-19 as B.C. has seen a surge in cases.
