B.C. heading to the polls next month

After meeting with Lt. Gov. Janet Austin, Premier John Horgan has called a provincial election.

The election will take place on Saturday Oct. 24.

Horgan says that waiting another 12 months for the next election would be time wasted. The fixed date for the election was Oct of 2021.
