The B.C. Government has announced that 100 new publicly funded beds in 14 organizations will soon be available around the province for those struggling with substance use.
The North will be seeing 6 new beds at Trinity Men’s Recovery house in Prince Rupert. 333 Recovery Homes is also receiving $900,000 to convert six beds from private to public beds.
The beds are part of $13 million in funding that was announced last fall.
