Digitization and Preservation Technician with the Haisla Nation Council, Megan Metz is with us to share a bit about herself, and her work to teach others and preserve her community’s language and culture.
At only 22 years old, she has accomplished a lot, and is inspiring to say the least. Not only does she have a passion for her work, she’s also a dedicated mental health and wellness advocate, who leads youth through talks on depression, anxiety, and inter-generational trauma.
In our interview, we talk about the path Megan is currently on, how it went a totally different direction than originally planned and the advice she would give to others who want to follow her path as well.
