An event that was that created to celebrate what the city of Quesnel had both accomplished and created during the pandemic, has had a wrench thrown into that plan by said pandemic.
The City of Quesnel gave an announcement saying that their “Let’s Connect tour” that was meant to happen on September 18th, has postponed for the time being due to a recent uptick in COVID-19 cases.
Specialized newsletters will be sent to all Quesnel Residents, highlighting some of the projects that were meant to be part of the tour.
However, this isn’t the only Quesnel based event that has been affected by the pandemic, as the Quesnel and District Seniors’ Society free breakfast had to be delayed as well.
