September 16th Covid-19 Update

British Columbia is reporting 661 new cases of Covid-19, as of last night.

That makes the province`s active total 5,791.

Of the new cases, 196 are in the Interior, and 62 in the North.

Seven new deaths have been reported, with three in the Interior.

Over the last two weeks, those who have not been fully vaccinated accounted for 87 percent of hospitalizations.

That`s up from 76 percent during the prior two week period.
