Prince Rupert’s Chamber of Commerce will have some new leadership, beginning this month.
David Geronazzo has been selected to take over as the new Executive Director of the Prince Rupert and District Chamber.
Geronazzo will officially take up the mantle on November 15th, leaving behind his former post on the Chamber.
Chamber President Michael Gurney says Geronazzo’s appointment is the first in a series of steps to restore the Chamber’s regular opeations, post-Covid.
Geronazzo has previously served as director of the City’s Recreation and Community Services, as well as on the Education, training, and employment portfolio of the Gitxaala Nation.
He will continue to serve as business instructor at Coast Mountain College.
