Search and Rescue crews in BC have received a fresh funding injection to help them deal with the flooding emergencies in the South.
Rogers is sending one million dollars to the BC Search and Rescue Association as part of a multi-year partnership.
The new funding boost is intended to help crews to provide immediate assistance to residents impacted by the mass flooding, washouts, and landslides plaguing the South.
In addition, rogers has waived all data and long-distance charges for customers in impacted areas until the end of the month.
