The Dze L K’Ant Friendship Centre Society in collaboration with The Raven Tacuara Collective completed a beautiful commemoration mural. The missing and murdered indigenous women and girls commemoration fund is designed to support indigenous organizations to work with families survivors communities to develop and implement commemoration initiatives in honour of the lives and legacies of local women and girls who have been so tragically taken. The Mural is a reminder to provide support for those who are living with the heartache and that we have a lot of work to do to make sure this does not keep occurring I would like to think the families who participated in this collaboration as your input and direction is greatly appreciated.
