British Columbia is reporting 2,859 new cases of Covid-19, as of last night.
That brings the province’s active case total to 36,641, with 500 in hospital, and 102 in ICU.
Current hospitalization levels fall just 15 behind the pandemic record, set last April.
Of the new cases, 195 come from Northern Health, while 534 are from the Interior.
Six new deaths were reported, with one in the North and none in the Interior.
Outbreaks at the Riverview Lodge in Kamloops, and Kelowna General Hospital in the Interior have the province’s active outbreak total at 49.
