School District 82 Cancels a Number of Morning and Afternoon Bus Trips in Terrace

With roads once again coated in ice and snow, the Coast Mountain School District is cancelling a number of bus trips today.

All morning and afternoon trips on the #1, 2, and 16 routes, covering Terrace East, Gossen, Copper River, Lower Thornhill, and Copper Mountain.

In addition, the Terrace’s #10 Rosswood, and the Kitimat #37 Cable Car routes will see delays due to poor road conditions.

While all other trips are running on their regular schedules, riders are advised to expect delays.

School District 82 is also warning students of slippery conditions and black ice along the sidewalks and routes to pick up locations.
