Recreation facilities in Kitimat are returning to mostly normal after seeing provincial restrictions loosened last week.
Both the Tamatik Sports Complex, and Riverlodge Recreation Centre have been freed from capacity limits.
That means patrons can now access the weight and cardio rooms, swimming pool, and arenas, without the need to pre-book, though the District recommends those looking to use the squash facility continue to pre-book.
Those looking to access services at either facility still need to provide proof of vaccination, and wear masks when not actively working out.
