More than 366,000 Covid rapid anti-gen tests have been distributed by pharmacies in the first week of availability.
Last week, the province made the tests available to the general public for the first time, but only to those aged 70 and older.
They also noted that, once supply levels had improved, and distribution started, they would soon approve younger age groups.
Of the nearly 25 million rapid tests received by the province to date, 5.9 million at-home-capable tests remain in inventory.
3.3 million have been sent to K-12 schools, 2.1 million to post-secondary institutions, and 2.5 million to more than 900 pharmacies.

Health Minister Adrian dix says the province is expecting a further 12 million tests over the next 4 weeks.
