Coast Funds, an Indigenous-led conservation finance organization, announced the company’s next CEO earlier today.
After the company’s board of directors went through an extensive process recruiting potential candidates, they decided that Eddy Adra would be the right man for the job.
Adra became a part of Coast Funds in 2018 and served in several different financial related roles before becoming acting CEO as previous long-time CEO Brodie Guy left the organization.
This appointment has been said by the organization to be coming at a good time with Coast Funds starting strategic planning for 2023 to 2025 while continuing to support First Nations leaders as they create a transformational strategy to finance Indigenous marine stewardship.
